- 'OCR' means Oxford Cambridge & RSA Examinations a private company limited by guarantee registered in England (company Number 3484466) whose registered office address is 1 Hills Road Street, Cambridge, CB1 2EU.
- 'WJEC' means the Welsh Joint Education Committee, a company limited by guarantee, controlled by the unitary authorities in Wales, whose registered office is 245 Western Avenue, Cardiff, CF5 2YX.
